At VLNT Sports, we work hard to get your gear to you quickly and safely so you can get back to doing what you love. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

VLNT Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, VLNT Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume periods
