At VLNT Sports, we stand behind the quality and performance of our premium batting gloves. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your batting gloves within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Gloves must be unused
  • Gloves must be in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Batting gloves that show signs of wear, field use, pine tar, dirt, odor, or washing are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No problem.

We offer size exchanges within 30 days as long as the gloves are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

If you’re unsure about sizing, please reference our sizing chart before ordering or contact us for guidance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a VLNT Sports error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. VLNT Sports is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gloves arrive damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
